August-September Events.

Lunch and a conversation: immediately after worship on September 19, members and friends of St. Paul's will gather for lunch and a conversation about communication led by the Mutual Ministry Team. Plan to be there!

Silver Foxes Bless the Years: September 15, 1 pm. Luncheon honoring seniors, sponsored by the Endowment Fund. No charge, but if you wish to contribute to the Fund, you may. Belleair Country Club.

Book Club:  Next meeting at Panera Bread, 6 pm, September 22. Blue Boy by Ramesh Satyal. October book is Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan S. Foer.  All welcome, of course.

Quilt and Bag, regular meeting is September 18 at 9 am. This group makes and ships quilts to protect those in need.

The Sunday Bell Tower, the ENote and the Epistle have all been replaced by a new publication called St. Paul's Voice. Your copy should be available weekly in church and by email, and monthly in church and on the website. Copies will be snail mailed to those who are unable to attend services because of distance or health.  

September 11 at 2 pm, Elizabeth Schwartz will present a talk on the legal rights (and wrongs) of LGBT people in Florida. Do you think LGBT people have a "special agenda?" Learn the facts of our laws and how the issues affect everyone. Ms. Schwartz was named a 2010 "Woman Worth Knowing" by the City of Miami Beach Commission for Women, and has been honored by the Bar Asociation and others. This is a talk of significance to ALL people.
