Visitors' Page

Welcome to all Visitors

Who is St. Paul's? A member of the ELCA and the Florida-Bahama Synod, we are an RIC (Reconciling In Christ) congregation.  ALL ARE WELCOME!

When should I arrive? Our 10:30 am service includes contemporary and traditional music. Parking is on the north side of the campus. Come about 10 minutes early or come at 9:00 for our education time. (Call Thursday to be sure a class is scheduled this week.).

What should I wear? Be comfortable; your heart, mind, and soul are more important than your clothing.

If I am disabled, what can I expect? Most of our campus is readily accessible, with reserved parking spaces near Kinports Hall (the fellowship building). We have large print bulletins, assistance for those who are e hearing impaired and a section tested for sound in Kinports Hall- tell an usher what you need.

I am not a regular church goer. What should I expect? We start with announcements, and spend about 1 hour in worship, with prayers, Bible readings, sermon, Communion and music. Most children remain in church. We have activity bags for small children; ask an usher! Fellowship follows the service.

What do Lutherans believe? We believe Jesus invites us to follow him, that He gave his life so we could be reconciled with God, though we are far less than perfect. We believe this reconciliation is by grace through faith, not by deeds. Check the home page link to "What we believe."

Are St. Paul's people active on Sundays only? Certainly not! God is with us always. We have many interest and service opportunities: choirs, worship assisting,  gardening and handiman tasks, Bible study classes, a prayer group, and office work.
