Members of the Congregation agree to:

1. pray daily and worship regularly;
2. support leadership decisions; serve faithfully in leadership roles;
3. support the ministry financially;
4. attend congregational meetings and vote as appropriate;
5. have a positive, supportive attitude towards the ministry;
6. invite new people to worship and actively welcome visitors;
7. become involved in activities, outreach, Bible study and other activities which support the mission.

Members of the Congregation Council agree to:

1. pray daily and worship regularly;
2. be good stewards of the church resources;
3. develop and drive forward the congregation's mission;
4. support the mission and direction of discipleship with personal involvement;
5. adhere to and support the constitution and the structure of team management;
6. be positive and accessible to members, encouraging them to become involved;
7. hold Council team members, congregation members and pastoral staff accountable;
8. secure and evaluate appropriate staff.

Our pastor agrees to:

1. lead worship, preaching and teaching;
2. provide spiritual leadership of the congregation;
3. offer ministry during critical hospitalizations and crisis management;
4. serve as administrative leader;
5. provide counseling;
6. adhere to the pastoral call, fulfilling the requirements of the congregation’s letter of call;

7. remember self care.

The Florida-Bahamas Synod agrees to:

    1. provide support and resources to our congregation, its leaders, and its pastor.
